You don’t have to send invoices if you prefer not to. In Parachute Settings, you can turn off Parent Notifications. This lets you create invoices and record payments internally without parents ever receiving them. Your reports will still stay accurate, and you’ll have full financial records for your business.

Yes. Food Program meal recording remains in KidKare. You’ll use Parachute for accounting, invoices, and payments. Both platforms share the same login, so switching is simple.

You can still record attendance in KidKare for your Food Program, just as you always have. Nothing changes there.
But now you also have access to new attendance features in Parachute. If you choose to take attendance in Parachute, it will automatically sync to KidKare so you don’t have to enter it twice.
