Contracting & Procurement
KidKare (dba Minute Menu Systems, Inc.) has an agreement to utilize the contract vehicles that the State of Tennessee has negotiated with SHI Corporation. There are two options: the NASPO SVAR and the NASPO Cloud, which the DHS Procurement Office is accustomed to utilizing. Either of these contracts would permit DHS to obtain KidKare without needing to execute the formal, more cumbersome RFP process.
